In this segment, TCG invests primarily in income producing, commercial investment properties. Our overall philosophy is to apply value investing to our real estate funds. We seek to acquire valuable properties at a discount to its intrinsic value. We then improve the properties through hands-on management, redevelopment, and targeted value-add ingenuities. Our efforts result in solid returns for investors and partners, and strong economic assets for communities.

The Capital Gate’s current real estate portfolio and future target properties, includes fuel stations, office, retail, mixed-use building, as well as industrial and or residential properties. We support our investors and partners to either invest in specific properties, or in a collection of properties under one umbrella. Furthermore, we directly or indirectly maintain and manage our portfolio properties on an ongoing basis.
