In this segment, TCG invests primarily in income producing, long-term investment properties. Our overall philosophy is to apply value investing to our real estate funds. We seek to acquire valuable properties at a discount to its intrinsic value.

In this segment, TCG provides strategic advice and management consulting to executives, investors, local businesses and foreign organizations.
